Ministry Staff

I was born and raised right here in Zionsville, Indiana. Being the pastor’s son, I have attended Cornerstone Baptist Church my whole life. I went to school at Cedarville University in Ohio, where I studied youth ministry and cross-cultural ministry. Through this experience and being discipled by other men, my life’s purpose has become to grow in love for the Lord and others, and to lead others to a deeper relationship with God. I currently live in Whitestown, Indiana with my wonderful wife Jessica and two crazy dogs. We met during my time at Cedarville and were married in June 2009. Together we desire to develop open and honest relationships with others and to make our home a welcoming place where people can be honest and free as they grow together in their love for the Lord.

More Information About Me

My responsibilities at church are...leading discipleship groups, working with the 1st-3rd graders during Truth Trackers, ushering, and working the soundboard.

My favorite thing about being at Cornerstone is...the people! The opportunity to build deep relationships with other believers in the context of a church that is seeking to glorify God is my favorite part.

If I had a dream vacation...I’d either go to Israel to tour the Holy Land, or spend time hiking the Appalachian Trail!

My Favorite Bible verse is...probably Romans 8:38-39: "For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

If you want to read a good book get…Love & Respect by Dr. Emerson Eggerichs. It's a great book about what makes men and women so different and how we are to relate to one another.

If I could do a hobby for a living I’d...be a professional hiker!

My favorite sports team to cheer for is...definitely the Colts. But University of Michigan is a big one too.

The best movie I’ve seen is...“I Am Legend". It’s a great movie that's fun to watch, but it also tells a very redemptive story.

Why do you do what you do?...The love and grace that God has shown to me throughout my life is such an undeserved gift that I am drawn to respond to Him.
